Detailed Itinerary
Day 1 Arrival in Shimla
- On arrival at the airport/station, a representative will assist with transfer to hotel.
- Check-in the hotel and go for a small tour around the region.
- Visit the Himachal State Museum, Vaishno Devi Temple and Gorton Castle.
- Also take the Jakhu Ropeway to Jakhu Temple.
- Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2 Excursion to Kufri and Chail
- In the morning, proceed to Kufri.
- Visit the Green Valley, Chini Bangla, Mini Zoo and Himalayan Nature Park.
- Later, proceed to Chail.
- Visit Chail Palace, Stoned Kumbh Shiv Temple, and Temple Kali ka Tibba.
- In the evening, return to Shimla.
Day 3 Transfer to Dharamshala
- In the morning, check-out of hotel and depart for Dharamshala.
- En-route, visit Sanjeevni Hanuman Temple, Virasat-e-Khalsa, Bhakra Dam, Kangra Fort and Masrur Temples.
- Arrive at Dharamshala by evening and check-in to hotel.
- Spend the rest of the evening at leisure.
- Overnight stay in Dharamshala.
Day 4 Triund Trek
- Start the day early and proceed to Gallu Devi Temple.
- Trek amongst the Rhododendron and Oak forest, a bird watcher's paradise.
- Pass Devi Mandir along the way.
- Arrive at Triund View by noon and relax before return.
- Return to Dharamshala in the evening.
- Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 5 Sightseeing in Dharamshala
- Spend the day sightseeing around Dharamshala.
- Visit the Dalai Lama Temple, Bhagsunag Temple and Waterfalls, Dal Lake, Namgyal Monastery, St. Johns Church, Kalachakra Temple, Library of Tibetan Works and Archives and War Memorial.
- In the evening, go to Mcleodganj Market to enjoy the local culture.
- Overnight stay in hotel.
Day 6 Departure
- Check-out of hotel and transfer to the airport/station for journey back home.

I had a great experience with Himalayan Seeker. They provided some of the best r (Read More)ooms with beautiful views, which really made the trip memorable. The driver was very polite and cooperative throughout the journey, making travel smooth and comfortable. The hotels arranged were good and well-maintained, and the food was also very tasty.
A special mention to Pallavi, who was very helpful and assisted us throughout the journey, ensuring everything went smoothly.
Overall, everything was well-organized and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Himalayan Seeker to anyone planning a trip.
