The location was pristine. Team was good.

The room and the outside needs updating for the level of luxury. Need more staff especially in reception and buggy transportation. Upgrade whisky. You cannot be keeping a Jack Daniels in a luxury villa.

Not the service of a 5 star luxury resort Not peaceful as jet skis 10 meters from us every day all day- had to close the windows to avoid hearing jet skis- couldnt enjoy the beach villa or pool- huge waste of money Very poor service- not like whats advertised on website Never I going back- pls dont waste money on this

Unfortunately the quality goes down.... heater of the pool did not work well, the water was too cold... breakfast buffet almost empty after 10:00... 20-30 minutes waiting time for the buggy...waiting time for inroom villa dining almost 1 hour... some garbage on the beach... it was much better in the past...
