Would not recommend this place. Very poor, bad and petty service. Disgusting bad smell from sewerage & toilet. Very bad quality of shampoo & gel -makes hair looks like a broom. No body lotion; lack of towels (just 2); not enough toilet paper and tissue. Checked in 12 hors later.thats why asked for 4 hours later checking out; but took response- I have to pay for full day. Dishonest service. Bad experience

Good, but can be better

Good location to get to a lot of places. Room is spacious and overall comfortable enough for a group of friends. We made it work.

We booked two units, but they were not equipped with the same necessities. One room had a microwave but the other room was missing one. There was also a smokey odour in the second suite when first entered. Our kitchen facilities were not completely clean and had some stains and dirt from previous stays. Some stuff were a little broken as well, like the steam iron I just think that there should be an in depth room service much more often with fixes. That way, the stay would've been a lot better for us and future occupants to stay.

Not a hotel, but good location.

Area is good, can walk to pavilion and many eateries. Grab is cheap.

This is not a hotel, so expect it to be more airbnb than hotel. Collect keys from the letter box, no hotel treatment whatsoever The main shower kept on clogging up too, and it got very disgusting.

disappointed with the host and how they coordinate the quests etc.

Room was clean and location was excellent !

Not managed by Hotel. no one to coordinate things with. only a whatsapp messages. Most power sockets didnt work and TV sockets were not compatible with the power sockets. so no TV at all. no reception etc.

The location is nearby KL convention centre

The view of the unit is nice. Unit is spacious. Overall the unit is nice.

I took 2 units of the condo. One of the unit cleaniness is good but another unit the floor and tabletop were oily. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the units i do not understand why. The biggest problem that i find is the units had unpleasant smell from the drainage holes maybe. But the smell is very strong that u can smell it when you open the unit door.
