Great location, value, clean. Would stay here again if I had the opportunity.

Great Location just 2 miles from RMNP. Wildlife around (seen an Elk from our room, and lots of Mule Deer close by). Well Equipped Kitchen for those who like to prepare meals. Check-in/out was a breeze with door code and text messaging.

Stayed in #7. Bed was a little hard for my tastes, so I didn't sleep especially well during the stay. I guess it is hard to please everyone!

I loved the set up and the view the size of our room was great!

The bed was so uncomfortable worst bed I have ever slept on. I think they need to upgrade their mattress to make it more comfortable for their guest.

Lovely place

Our cabin had everything we needed. We used the grill every day. Comfortable, beautiful location, quiet area. The cabin had coffee, little salt and ice cubes. Theres a guest laundry too. We also liked the location, away from the city center, but still 5min by car. We barely talk to any staff. Wasnt necessary. Everything was well informed by message.

What a wonderful place I would recommend to anyone!

Breakfast? Very nice site and SO WELL maintained. Great staff. Super clean appliances and great job of prepping the facility for guests. Checkin and checkout so convenient.

Couch and chairs are very uncomfortable.

Excellent.

Great location. Room and living area were very nice.

We were there 7 days. Maybe one cleaning during that time would be nice. Not a problem but would be a nice touch. They do make it very easy to get fresh towels and any other items needed.

Our stay at the woodlands on Fall River was absolutely beautiful and perfect and we will for sure be back

The property was beautiful and very well kept

Hard to see the cabin number when coming in at night but thats not a big deal

Perfect location, Fall River RMNP entrance close. Animals galore Mattress needs replacement Condo very clean Much time spent on our balcony, in Adirondack chairs on river bank

Mattress Sometimes traffic noise was loud. Would still choose to be near Fall River Road regardless
