    This villa needs to be repaired and beautified.
    only the swimming pool & the room area
    Room facilities e.g. no iron board, no laundry bag, no room slipper, no hand soap, no shampoo ONLY have body wash. Room cleanliness is not satisfactory (still dusty) & the room look gloomy too. Sticky floor. The sheets and pillowcases are a bit worn and old dirt is still there and a bit smelly (maybe not replaced). The front door of the pool is damaged and cannot be locked, the remote fan does not work properly. Even though this villa is belonged to the private owner, the facilities should be commensurate with the price of the villa.

    Wonderful and splendid.
    The amount I paid did not include breakfast. So, no comments on breakfast. I had a superb and nice time during my stay and I am planning to have my next holiday there.
    I had to walk quite far to my room with all my luggage. Luckily it was not raining on my arrival day. Was expecting to have a ride on the buggy with all my luggage. Quite disappointed because of not knowing why I had to walk all the way to my room and no explanation was given.

    The pool is good ...it's good for resting ..peace of mind .. too quite so can rest..
    Very far in no baggi service for private property and food delivery have to walk far to guard house ... and can't do simple deco for couples birthday...

    This room is managed by a private entity and is not affiliated with Grand Lexis. Inaccessible to all facilities while on Grand Lexis. Poor maintenance exists in every facility. For instance, furnishings, a pillow, a swimming pool, and internet access are absent, and certain lighting and windows are inoperable.

    The room location quiet and no people will pass by. Private Pool clean. Clear instruction from property.
    The toilet floor surface if can repolish will looks better. It will give the feeling that the floor very dirty with black spot.
