    Good place to stay in.
    Came here for a single night in Miami. It was good for a family of four. Had some latin music and a bar down the hall and a small pool outside.

    Pillows were awful and although room was clean some of the furniture was stained. The breakfast buffet was ok although only choice of white bread and no peanut butter.

    Meets expectations. Good value.
    Staff were friendly and had a 'can do' attitude! Really appreciated them for not offering the 'computer says no' type of response. Shuttle service to the airport.
    Breakfast was meh and stopped at 8am sharp! The hotel is within walking distance to nothing.

    Breakfast looked good, we didnt have time to take it because we had to go to the Airport. Incheck was friendly. Restaurant was good and the waitres was very helpfull and friendly.
    Room was not clean. No stop in the bath. When we checked out the girl was very unfriendly (had nightshift and a temper).

    Location is good.
    Very bad costumer service. Front desk attendants always worried about other things like game is playing in the bar or talking with other people and not paying attention to costumers at checking time or resolving questions. I being twice in this place and unfortunately very bad guess service.

    Liked the suite size and the people/staff were super friendly when we arrived
    Blood on our bedding which we found at 3am as it had been covered by the runner on the bed!!!! 3 patches of blood that was me done no more sleeping from me then as it was fresh red blood which made me feel I was in someone elses bedding :( I did advise reception just offered only to talk to housekeeping - no offer made to resolve which was disappointing

    Decent enough place for a few nights - don't expect quality service though.
    Large room (one bed suite). Bed comfortable, and small kitchenette with sink and microwave. Bathroom decent. Plenty of free parking. Laundry room on-site. Breakfast was OK, but selection was small. Big wardrobe and lots of storage space (drawers etc). Room was clean.
    Lots of niggles - not that massively detract from the stay but some people would get upset by them. We stayed here twice (multi stop trip and had booked this hotel on the outbound and return journeys). In the first room the safe did not work and the door to the bathroom was off the bottom rail so didn't close properly. In the second one, the wardrobe doors had pulled loose from the wall and could easily have fallen off. The sofa's in the suites are really for decoration only, not at all comfortable and certainly not something you can relax on. Reception and check-in staff were hit and miss, some were friendly, some really should not work in the hospitality industry! The hotel is near the airport and at the junction of two freeways. The hotel is set lower than the roads, so even on the 4th floor, we were only just above road level - so it was noisy - in a "background noise" kind of way. Overall not a bad place to stay as long as you don't expect quality service and everything to work
