    Was a good property but not anymore.
    Property is less maintained. Hot water was not available, instead a bucket filled of hot water was provided. Initially no wifi was available. Bath tub water does not drain unless you have to turn the knob after your shower. The towels were incredibly old and really bad .

    Location was good. View was very nice, especially from the elevated pool area.
    AC wasn't strong enough to get the room as cold as I set the themostat to, but it was still a huge relief to come inside to the AC from outside.

    did not meet my expectations - in fact it fell far below - not stay here again
    helpful and courteous staff - nice spread for breakfast - restaurant setting is wonderful - good location , easy to get around
    the general upkeep - housekeeping is very slack - slow to respond - very few things in the gym worked - pool remained closed for residents as place was rented out for parties !!

    Staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. Special mention for UNNI, who was manning the night time front desk. He was wonderful to interact with. Food was ok
    The thermostat at the room wasnt working too well. Bedsheets were slightly musty. Mini Bar was empty

    A gem of a hotel
    Great location, good sized room, good in room facilities, other hotel facilities also good. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfast and dinner buffets.

    Chairs at 9th floor should have rubber bushes or felt, do that it wont scratch on floor, which is always heard in 8th floor room
