Exceptional

By far one of the best hotels weve stayed in in Europe - we will be back!

It was so lovely - historic-feeling but with completely modern amenities, and a wonderfully convenient location! Extremely comfortable bed and quiet. They also greeted us with champagne for new years upon check in which was such a welcoming touch.

Nice hotel but small room and bathroom

Functional room. Good location near Tivoli. Nice breakfast. Lovely cocktail bar.

Photographs are generous in relation to size of room. Very small bathroom.

The location was excellent, 5 minutes walking distance from Tivoli and approximately 10 minutes from the city center. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is also a nice bar in the hotel to have a drink.

Great location, nice hotel.

Great location, nice bar and areas to sit and relax after touristing. Room was a good size with everything you need.

Whilst most of the staff were lovely, one woman at reception was unpleasant and unhelpful unfortunately.

The location!

- very discourteous staff! Absolutely not bothered about the guests comfort or questions! The e-mails are answered after your stay. - broken plates and chipped glasses in the breakfast room! - dirty toilet seats! - relatively small room with a small bath unit and that in the highest paid room!
