Not in best condition - things dont work in the room had an AC leakage over night and the Smart TV dont work neither was there support to fix when report was made. Beaches were exceptionally dirty in the morning. Pool is not available early morning to use until from 10:00. Service takes forever to arrive - room service takes up to 2 hours. Spa not working

Let-down

Hi - we spent 2 nights at your resort as a family of 4. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment. The rooms are spacious. The beds are good.

We will not be booking here again, nor recommending it to anyone. We booked a sea facing 2 bedroom apartment. We were given a garden facing one. There were cockroaches in the room. Completely unacceptable hygiene deficiency! There is an extremely heavy smell of fumigation in the room throughout. Clearly, you know of the infestation but still lease out the room. The living room phone doesn't work. The bedroom TVs are not clear - static and grainy reception. The breakfast hall was not clean - smelt heavily of disinfectant, but still there were roaches. Ordered room service. Even though we'd paid the room bill in advance (USD 730 for 2 nights B&B), your room service staff insisted we should pay for room service on the spot. When we did, we did not get our change back up until checkout when we had to escalate to the GM. We ordered pizzas at the poolside. The order took almost 1 hour to come through. One pizza had old ingredients, including mushrooms. Poolside furniture has bird droppings that set in, and the chairs are obviously not cleaned regularly. Some of your staff do try hard, but overall, they're poorly trained and have a weak service ethic. Also, to not return change is just dishonest. For all of the above, you really can not charge the rates you do!!

The views and room

AC made noise all night long. Service at the restaurant was very slow due to the large number of guests present. There were two events going on at the same time so lots of noise at night during dinner.
