Wonderful place and loved the warm cider
All the staff were wonderful and especially restaurant, reception and spa staff were welcome and very professional
The receptionist at the spa was a bit annoyed with me having lost the keys to my locker which would have to be opened by a maintenance person (this was understandable given how busy it was over the holiday period) but did retrieve my swimsuit and did it quickly and was very pleasant subsequently.

Bed too soft and shower no good
Room is clean, but bed too soft, and the shower no good, water not strong, and tape to turn water too hard. So bed and shower not satisfy.
