Perfectly located grand hotel close to everything in central Vancouver

Excellent central location close to Art Gallery great shopping and restaurants and cafes. Lovely bar and coffee shop and the hotel was very festively decorated for the Christmas season

Loved the helpfulness of the staff and the location is ideal!

The receptionist was wonderful! We went for Xmas and she upgraded us and was super friendly and helpful. The location is amazing - we walked to all the shops and restaurants!!

The lobby restaurant is very small and that is the only restaurant that serves breakfast. I also wish that they served free tea and coffee in the lobby in the mornings - like some of the other high end hotels.

enjoyable stay

asked for laundry service as there was a large red wine stain on my husbands sweater jacket, and they got it out1 picked up promptly and returned during the day.

The room was a bit on the small side for a premium king

Great atmosphere and wonderful staff.

The restaurant (Reflections) was suburb. The assistant manager and Kenny at front desk and all the staff where fantastic.

The hotel is looking a bit tired now. But after their upcoming renovations it will be magnificent.

Just an incredible stay with incredible staff! Perfect for a special occasion.

Amazing experience! We had dinner at Reflection restaurant (Rooftop) where we were greeted with a hot cider and snacks. We had a wonderful meal and amazing cocktails. The hotel room was exceptional with an amazing bathtub!

Disappointed

Location is everything. Very central to shopping and great places to eat. Tons of cafes. Restroom large and clean, nice tub. By the way, the restaurant in the place, Hawksworth, is really good! Great for a date or special occasion. Also, the gym in the hotel is convenient and in good condition.

Concierge did not follow through and claimed they couldn't get us a reservation over two days. We called the restaurant ourselves and immediately got a table. Kind of sketchy. Also we couldn't get our netflix to work with the TV for two days, finally someone came to the room and got on the phone with the IT and got it fixed after a half hour.
