The room was neat and clean.
We felt it was way overpriced - R1400 per night for a single room with a double bed and king-size bed. No privacy and crowded.

The stay was enjoyable and the staff really do go the extra mile. Very pleasant and welcoming.
The breakfast was not bad, but unfortunately the coffee machine was not working. As the purpose of being at Waterhouse was to be in close proximity to the ZAH, the location was just perfect.
The beef sausage was not very nice. Otherwise the destination was excellent. This will be our go-to location if we need to visit the ZAH hospital.
