Good

The place was comfortable, clean and worth every penny.

The property was beautiful and clean. Amazing staff at the reception and the place was easy to find.

The floor makes noise when you walk. Other than that everything else was pretty good.

The pictures show a nice big luxury bath, was disappointed when it was just a normal bath in the room

Fantastic stay, only wish we had booked two nights instead of onewould definitely return!

Spotlessly clean, room was beautifully decorated and a great size. Bed was super comfy! The lady who checked us in/out was very welcoming and friendly, let us check in slightly early and let us leave our car in the car park after we checked out so we could head into the town centre, little things like that go a long way!

One of the best sleep of my life!

I stayed in room 23 which I loved. It was right next to the reception. I didn't mind the noise coming from people that were checking out. I think I had the best sleep in years! The room temperature was ideal for me! Thank you!!! If I ever go back to Bournemouth definitely I will book again in this hotel and I will definitely ask for the same room.
