Very good

I was there for one night. and it was a comfortable and cost-effective stay.

The location was great for central Lymington. Breakfast was self-service, and was fine. The room had all the needed facilities.

The room wasn't as warm later on as it could have been. The radiator didn't stay warm.

Superb

This was the second consecutive year we have booked here. Honestly, we cannot fault anything. Andrea, Fraser et al, are all fantastic. Given that we need our breakfast outside of their normal hours, there has never an issue to facilitate us. One thing which we didn't like last year was the brightness of the emergency light location. This was heard and addressed. See you next October.

Wonderful host, very friendly helpful and accommodating, nothing was to much trouble. Spotlessly clean, super comfortable beds and very modern, great location too just a short walk into town. We booked this last minute to extend our stay in the new forest and it exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend and consider staying again.

I wouldnt stay again

It was a very immaculate with expensive Furnishings Breakfast was excellent

Room was very small and seemed squeezed in For the price of 110 No relaxing area in house either had to go next door for breakfast The bedroom had a very bright green light shining all night so we had No darkness
