Good value, but not 5 star.
The staff were very friendly. The hotel was pretty clean and our room was quite comfortable.
The location was not great. The hotel is a bit out of everything and on a major junction. Sitting around the pool, you are under constant attack from traffic noise. The hotel is a little bit tired everywhere, but it is all functional, and you get what you pay for. I just think 5 stars is questionable and I'd like to have known what I was booking.

the room is big, clean, even in the cupboard they gave perfume so it does not smell wood as the cupboard is solid wood. staff is AMAZING especially the doorbell, concierge, security. they are always smiling and ready to help you
although location is next to Hamid hospital metro station and lulu supermarket, hotel is far from the tourist places

Great visit to a lovely hotel
Thank you to all the staff who made our stay enjoyable. The pool was heated, and the steam-room and sauna were delightful.
The swimming instructor was friendly and very helpful as well. Lovely personality.
Hassan, the room service person, was always smiling and willing to help us with anything.
The thing that coups be added, is a sign for the door handles, do not disturb, or no clean8ng required.
