Review 1: The hotel had a convenient location and friendly staff. The pool was enjoyable but the shower had a half glass wall, causing water to splash out. Despite this, the room was clean and comfor (Read More)table. The hotel would be chosen again due to the location. Review 2: The hotel had interesting architecture and clean rooms. The AC needed some attention and the elevator was out of order during the stay. However, the staff was nice and the complimentary water bottles and Nespresso coffee made up for it. Overall, it was a nice quick getaway. The hotel was within walking distance to the Bridge of Lions.

Good location

The location is a 10-minute walk over the Bridge of Lions into downtown St. Augustine. The property is clean and comfortable. There really is no "lobby". The registration, bar, and restaurant are all on the same floor (1st floor) above the garage parking.

Unfortunately, we were not advised the restaurant was undergoing renovations, so we could not have our company Christmas dinner, as we planned. It was closed the night we arrived, which was also the only night we stayed in town.

I would not recommend to stay in this hotel.

Very noisy room.

Hotel charged the money from me twice, first time through Booking.com and another one directly from my credit card. Next to this they charged money for breakfast, while it was included into my room price. I have raised my concern through Booking.com with regards to this, but the hotel refused to refund the money. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Very poor

They could not find my reservation. But charged .me anyway after I created a second reservation. There was no hot water on the first morning. Moved to another room with hot water. On day 3, there was no hot water in the new room. Weird shower door that wouldn't stay closed causing massive water to end up on the floor.
