should vary animals did ot have more than 1 hours sleeps due to all pets together..

We had our chihuahua who is extremely stressed. Room did not have adequate Toilet Paper should always have extra roll. Tried to find on maid carts, since we could not let her clean due to Chihuahua.. Need to be sure rooms have backup toilet tissue and Kleenex.n

Very disappointing. I have a B W card but it did not appear to me to have any value in fact the oppo

The 'jolly' lady on reception was good, cheerful and helpful. My pre and post booking contact was very mixed. I called the hotel from the UK looking for help in finding the hotel. I was cut-off so rang again and was asked to hang on then after waiting for an answer for some time I gave up. I contact the BW central Customer serice in the USA and they were able to help

The location was further out of town than I thought. Breakfast was very mixed. Some days bettr than others but basic. I made enquiries in June and the prices quoted then was 470 to 491. Booking confirmation No was 3938264576 on June 20th was for 478. I paid $10 per night for parking. On checking out I offered to pay cash but was advised the bill would be added to my Amex card. When I finally received my Amex account the amount charged was 556.87. Even allowing for Exch Rate change the increase was excessive. I sent an e-mail to B W booking service on Nov 20th asking for help on this. I received no acknowledgement or reply

Very good

Short but sweet stay.

We were traveling with our infant son for a wedding and just staying overnight. The pack and play we requested was set up and ready for us when we arrived in the room. It was clean and in good condition, prepared with sheets. They also allowed us to check in early. Everything was clean and working. The price matched the facilities and services offered. Overall a nice, quick stay.

The rooms do not have good sound proofing. We could hear an upset child in the adjoining room, vehicles outside and the ice machine. Really the only downside to our stay.

Superb

Great location. Nice, clean, and convenient.

It was a nice location and the rooms looked like they had been recently remodeled. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. I really liked the shelving space close to the bathroom, it made it much easier than cluttering the sink with all of our toiletries!

Parking was a little cramped while we were there but I can imagine that is not typical. There was a SUV with trailer than took up about 4-5 spots resulting in not enough spaces for all guests. The staff was helpful letting us know where it was ok to park for the night.
