Guests also enjoyed the delicious food and drinks, the filtered water, wine selection, and menu in Cordova. However, some guests felt that the price was a bit high for the property. There were also some complaints about the check-in process and construction noise during a group dinner. Location

The room we had during our stay had no hot water and the shower was leaking and making noise all night and the maintenance team couldnt fix it and they have to move us in the middle of our vacation to another room much smaller and they offered $50 dollar compensation for the trouble ( a joke !!!, $50 off $700 we paid per night for such a room) The building is beautiful and the location is amazing but the rooms dont have a proper maintenance for the price you pay and the staff are not really helpful or friendly.

Our first time to St. Augustine and the Casa Monica did not disappoint. Couldnt imagine ever staying anywhere else.

Beautiful hotel with good service, comfortable beds.

A bit of confusion when it came to our breakfast package. We paid for breakfast, but were given a hard time in the morning when we arrived to eat. There should be better communication between the dining room staff and front desk. Felt like we were trying to get free food.

Disappointing

Hotel with great potential, but unfortunately fell well below our expectations.

Convenient location.

We were very disappointed that the hotel was undergoing renovations and we were not made aware of it before booking our stay. There was tarp all over the lobby and workers were all over. Our room was not ready after the check-in time and we did not have access to a restroom in the lobby.
