The staff has a friendly and enthusiastic attitude. The room is fully equipped and clean. Delicious and rich breakfast food.

The breakfast area is small and hot. The swimming pool is not suitable for children.

Staff was friendly and professional. The swimming pool is excellent!! The room was large and the bed was comfortable.

Had an issue with breakfast the first morning. The staff made sure the issue was resolved, professionally and quickly.

The hotel is very comfortableThe decoration is not to my taste but that is a very personal opinion., the staff is very helpful and always smiling. The swimming pool is very large and has a good temperature. Breakfast is plentiful with a good coffee machine

Reception staff very polite and helpful. Excellent services. Room is spacious n comfy. Good value!

Common toilet at lobby area should not open to public use. Few girls were inside, locked the door and did their make up and hairdo, making alot of noises.

Decent breakfast, comfortable room and nice view.

Cannot open the window because the hotel locks it. Too bad as there is no fresh air in the room. Very inconsistent in pricing. I booked with the hotel reception one day before and she said price was A, confirmation via Zalo. Then few hours later, she updated the price via Zalo - Price B (800k more expensive). No explanation for why there was a change in price. Very disrespect to your customers. In the end I have to book via Booking.
