The rooms are spotlessly c (Read More)lean with two ensuite rooms, one double and one twin, both with baths. The location is convenient, with supermarkets, restaurants, and bars nearby, and a 20-minute walk to Playa Blanca. There are plenty of local dining and drinking options within walking distance.

Very good

Worth it on a budget for winter sun, great location to Rubicon Marina with all the restaurants.

I loved the location of the property, the amenities were basic but ample for our needs. The villa was clean and the weather was great.

Amenities could be updated to a little more modern. The double bed base was broken in our bedroom but didn't realise it was the base so spent most nights swapping the mattresses around. The pool was great to have but wasn't heated so my wife didn't use it at all. Some of the areas could do with a spruce but overall really enjoyed ourselves.

The restaurants need to be booked in advance and going for dinner before 7:30 is a must. Everything seemed to be geared up to close at 10 pm

Very good

Position is great for restaurants and supermarket and marina, an easy walk along front to nice beaches and the main shopping area.

A little tired in appearance but very comfy and a good social space, heated pool would have been nice.

Great holiday in an excellent location.

Location was fantastic. Self check in was easy and convenient. Great to have our own pool. Was well stocked with kitchen stuff, including washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing liquid etc. It was very clean.

Area around the pool was quite small. Some of the beds were quite hard. One of the showers wasnt great. The fans in the rooms werent great and not safe to leave on!
