Great selection available for breakfast. Some items were a little cold at times but overall very nice.
Water is available on the first night check in. Facilities to fill up reusable bottles would be a great addition.
Some of the items were a little cold. Hard to keep them warm for long periods.

Dinner especially could do with a "vegetarian" list not just vegan, couple of things like a salad unexpectedly had ham in it
Frustrating not to have access to an iron in the room - even 3* hotels we have stayed in have this
Food in the cafe is too pricey
Should mention details in the confirmation email such as needing a swimming cap for the indoor pool, charges for indoor facilities and kids club.
Would be good to have a small children's playground area

Overall it was really pleasant stay
It was very clean, great location, everything what you need to have a smooth holiday
We arrived late in the evening and I was surprised that there was a performance at the lobby, very loud. My son was sleeping in the buggy so woke up because of noise and started crying and its made our check in quiet difficult. Also in my reservation was included half board, receptionist advised if I want to have my meal in the room I will have to pay for room service only. However I was charged for a food and for a room service.
