The VidaMar Resort Hotel in Algarve has a great location next to the beach and offers spacious rooms and a huge swimming pool. The additional fee for accessing the indoor wellness area is seen as unreasonable, but the spa facilities are a highlight. The hotel is family-friendly with children's activities and an outdoor pool. Overall, the hotel is visually pleasing and has excellent hygiene and cleaning. Some guests suggest more affordable drinks and entertainment options. Despite some drawbacks, guests enjoyed their stays and have booked future visits.

Superb

Very nice location

Great selection available for breakfast. Some items were a little cold at times but overall very nice. Water is available on the first night check in. Facilities to fill up reusable bottles would be a great addition.

Some of the items were a little cold. Hard to keep them warm for long periods.

Would have appreciated more a room with better nature view rather than overlooking the car parking area with loud noises coming through into the room easily Would be nice to include vegetarian/vegan sausages at breakfast Dinner should really have water included with the meal like breakfast does Dinner especially could do with a "vegetarian" list not just vegan, couple of things like a salad unexpectedly had ham in it Frustrating not to have access to an iron in the room - even 3* hotels we have stayed in have this Food in the cafe is too pricey Should mention details in the confirmation email such as needing a swimming cap for the indoor pool, charges for indoor facilities and kids club. Would be good to have a small children's playground area

November was the perfect time. Still warm, not hot, but many people, great food, sun and wind and pool and beach and sea

Close to the beach, pools inside and outside, good food,

Bed was broken when we moved in, but they fixed it after we let them know.

Overall it was really pleasant stay

It was very clean, great location, everything what you need to have a smooth holiday

We arrived late in the evening and I was surprised that there was a performance at the lobby, very loud. My son was sleeping in the buggy so woke up because of noise and started crying and its made our check in quiet difficult. Also in my reservation was included half board, receptionist advised if I want to have my meal in the room I will have to pay for room service only. However I was charged for a food and for a room service.
