Perfect break with the grandchildren.

Great room perfect fir the family, beds were very comfortable and the pillows were a dream. Staff were all very helpful and the facilities mets the needs of my family.

A decent place to stay all inclusive

The property was a good size, with plenty of space in the bars and restaurant. The rooms were big with decent beds and each one had a small balcony. The indoor pool was slightly heated, and sauna was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful when asked questions etc There was entertainment on some of the nights which was quite good in the bar.

It is looking a little run down when you look close, plaster peeling in wetter areas, some mold on spa ceilings etc The three outdoor pools were not heated so quite cold, and had fallen debris from the trees in them so not the cleanest at that time of year. We were told hotel was closing for winter soon so pools would be emptied. The hotel doesnt have a lot of good signs, so we got lost a bit, and the introduction to the hotel should include info like go down for the pool as we were looking for ground floor access but its below that level.

Good selection of breakfast. Friendly staff. Beach is only a 10 minute walk. The hot chocolates were the best hot chocolates Ive ever had. Spacious bedrooms.

Indoor pool made my eyes sore. The spa was quite pricey. Arcade needed to be bigger and have better games.

Fantastic family break. Would recommend

Really enjoyed our stay... Helpful and friendly staff, very clean and spacious room, lovely pool, fantastic food which is very fresh and good variety, shuttle bus. Excellent value all in all.

Very minor things... Probably not 5 star, more like 4 I'd say. Beach towels not always available, had to ask for them. Robes not in room on arrival, again had to ask, but sorted out immediately . Fridge in room which was handy but really needed defrosting

Ok stay- make sure you have a car rental!

Staff were extremely helpful. Room and resort was clean. Food and drinks included in all-inclusive was fantastic.

Property is extremely old. Room barely has lighting in it, bathroom has no ventilation. Only 3 plugs in room- none in the bathroom. Not beachfront or in central Albufeira so unless you have a car, its tough to get around. The indoor pool has strong chlorine fumes so its burns your eyes.

Wonderful hotel, I will definitely recommend it to anyone.

The guy who helped me the night I arrived with many questions, was an angel. All the staff were wonderful and went out of their way to help me. Suite 108 is lovely with beautiful sea views

The televisin could not play Netflix. It would be better if it was a smart TV

Very good

The food was wonderful with a great choice and well presented. I loved the fresh fruit and salads. You certainly wouldn't go hungry with all the availability of food

There wasn't anything I disappointed.
