The customer service is top notch!

The property manager, Stephanie, was AMAZING! She was very accommodating and met our every need. The assistant manager, Billy, was also very helpful, especially at the conclusion of our stay. The customer service was above par!! The lobby area, which is a separate building, is modern and clean. The pools were centrally located.

From the pictures online, we did not realize that the hotel was set up more like a motel, no elevator, just plenty of stairs, and an outside entrance to the rooms. It appeared to be a boutique hotel; however, it should be advertised as one and the pictures should show the motel layout. The laundry/ice vending room needs upgrading. There are no phones in the rooms, so you must go to the lobby or use your cell to reach the front desk, which closes at 6pm. It is an older structure and they have done their best to modify it.

Fairly close to daughter we were visiting for Christmas

Air conditioning did not keep us cool enough. Did not service room on Christmas Day, so no clean towels for family of 5.

It had a kitchen with a fridge, microwave,coffee maker, dishes, and wine glasses. The property has a pool and a hot tub! Billy and Stephanie were very resourceful with info on places to eat. They even let us in our room early and let us leave our bags on checkout day until we went to the airport.

A doll house Hotel

I arrived later than expected. A lady saw me trying to phone you standing out at the front door. She knew I looked trust worthy and let me into the pool area. I was able to sit on a lawn chair and call. I received excellent service on the phone. I had help with the code to get into my mail box. I didnt have my reading glasses and the gentleman on the phone was so patient while I squinted and was able to get my card. Such an adorable little hotel. My bedroom was superb! The next day I talked to the desk and they spent time with me figuring out if I was charged for a Uber. A taxi was called and I was on way to my Ship. I have already told a couple on The Princess Caribbean website about you. I give this dollhouse Hotel a 10. Thankyou Kelly Reimer
