Good stay.
Good location, walk to the beach. Place is a bit dated, jacuzzi was not heated. Large selection of food; good but not great. Pool was large but cool. Staff were nice. Room is fine, again a bit dated but AC worked well.
Would have liked a heated jacuzzi with jets that worked.

A superb relaxing week in a lovely hotel with very friendly staff.
Very friendly and helpful staff, great choice at breakfast and dinner. Very friendly service at the terrace bar in the evenings. Good location near the beach and expansive nature reserve. A bus stop right outside the hotel with a very good bus service was very handy. Accommodation was clean, well-serviced and very comfortable. As we had an early morning departure before breakfast a packed breakfast was waiting for us at reception as we checked out. A very thoughtful surprise.
The only thing we didn't like was having to go home!

Clean rooms, delicious breakfast and amazing staff.
I liked the breakfast, the food was delicious and good variety. I loved that the most beautiful beach was just across the road. The staff were really helpful and friendly and accommodated our needs very well. The shower temperature, size and water pressure was amazing!
I didnt like the fact that the bed in our room was 2 single beds pushed together. We would have preferred a double or king size bed as the beds kept separating on the slippery floor and there was a constant gap between beds so we had to keep pushing them back together multiple times.

Great location, short walk from the beach and short walk from touristic bits with shops and restaurants. breakfast and dinner fantastic. Nice staff. The bungalow was pleasant and modern, AC well working and the ceiling was great for sleeping at night. Facilities very nice, 2 separate pools with comfy pool chairs/beds. Overall well worth the money

Okay-ish with a multiple disappointments from hotel
The recreational pool is supervised by a lifeguard during the day, so we were completely comfortable letting our 8 year old son stay in the pool alone or with friends. The breakfast buffet offers many different options, which are the same every day. Dinner, on the contrary, is different every day. Dinner is excellent value for money.
No internet connection in the room. We reported this several times, but nothing changed during the 12 days we were there. Old furniture and appliances in the kitchen. Everything works, but looks outdated. The staff is generally indifferent to what is happening, i.e. some guests were very loud in the chill area and we asked the reception to help with this, the manager asked the misbehaving guests to be more quiet, they ignored her and then she literally ran away saying "What can I do?".

Great location, close to the beach and away from the crowds. The food was varied and always good quality. The baby pool was huge and always with warm weather.
There were a lot of mosquitos but as long as you are prepared its great

A beautiful, calm and tranquil setting for a blend of holiday needs. Ideal for any training athlete.
Buffet breakfast, beautifully presented and friendly attentive staff. Delicious food. Training pool for my triathlete teenage son.

not too many service personal for such a high amount of beautiful bungalows but all super friendly and helpful. not really negative but would be better if you would have 2-3 more persons working there

The whole hotel need refurbishment touch, but other then that strong recommendation.
Staff is
2 beds in the bedroom on tiles joined together. In the night they would split and I could fall to the ground if I move to the middle of the bed.
