Good

Pleasant except the kitchen and bathroom in the unit, which had a stench to them.

Loved the water park and pools. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Absolutely amazing with the kids!

It was dated and not clean. The apartment had black mold, broken door handle, smelled badly the entire time too, like sweat and drain. The hallways were dirty too. Musty.

Close to shops, fun for the kids in the pool & splash park!

was sitting on the balcony at 10pm, talking to my partner, when we got in trouble for being to noisy when we were just having a conversation.. pretty ridiculous that you cant even speak after a certain time.

Very poor

The apartment and no response/ resolution from turtle beach resort ruined our holiday

Great property, pools and facilities such as water slides for the kids was very entertaining

Our apartment was the worst apartment Ive ever stayed in ever anywhere and my family go on regular holidays. The shower when turned on made the hot water unit in the bathroom make a screeching high pitched sound like an eeee sound that vibrated through the entire apartment it was the most terrible sound worse than scratching of a chalk board magnified by 1000s and it came from the hot water unit. The main bathroom had a shower head in the bath that was fixed and shoulder height (Im not tall) so no one could use it as it was impossible to stand under especially when my teen kids are taller than me. I tried to contact the manager the first day and promised a resolution by staff and wasnt given one the entire holiday. The repair man came to look and said to use a different temp however it made the sound regardless. The manager was busy I never heard from her. I contacted the resort and booking.com multiple times and finally received a partial refund after the stay but it ruined our family holiday. The apartment was extremely dirty as well and we killed multiple cockroaches whist staying there. The floors were black and grimy and I even had to buy antibacterial wipes to wipe everything as it was so dirty. There was also the biggest live spider we have ever seen folded into the fresh sheets. Obviously thats nature but we have never had that happen before.

Shame it stormed and rained the whole time not the fault of Tirtle beach but we didnt get to experience it properly so

Good facilities for a family. Staff were lovely

Im not sure how much it would usually cost as we stayed there NYE so it was very expensive everywhere.

Beautiful property, lots of pool choices to suit everyone, we will be back.

Loved the pools and the quiet adult only pool to have a relaxing swim early in the morning or late at night, wish the adult pool was open a bit later until say 11pm. The older kids loved the slide and pool at the front and spent hours there. We stayed a few families and there were plenty of communal spaces we could meet, share a meal etc. Parking was easy, room was spacious, clean, private, beautiful art paintings on the walls. Property is beautiful to walk around. Cafe has a good menu, nice food and staff were very friendly. The kids loved the kids club and kept asking to go back. The food shops across the road were handy and the beach across is beautiful.

Great place for families. It has everything you need so you dont need to go anywhere. Loved the pool options, waterslides, gym and games room. Will be back again

Kids Pools are great, staff are friendly. location easy to find

Pools are not very clean. The big play pool was closed for two days due to holiday or weather. Bulk beds are perfect for kids, however too small for adults to fit in.

Perfect family getaway.

This is the perfect family resort. With the pools, water slides, mini golf and cinema on-site and very short walk to the beach, supermarket and chemist, once you arrive, you don't need to leave. Perfect if you have younger kids and really don't want to deal with the crowds at the themeparks!

The only thing I could fault was that our apartment could have used a better deadlock on the door so my overexcited 6 year old couldn't run off down the stairs without an adult. All pools are gated though so he didn't get far...
