A non customer centric construction site. AVOID!!!

Nothing! This property is not what is advertised. Its a noisy construction site without any consideration for the customer.

The hotel bungalow is located on a construction site. There was no privacy. Construction workers walking past constantly. The noise was unbearable. The pathway towards the bungalow was dug up with earth exposed and dust rising. This property should be closed until the construction renovations are completed. Its selfish and unconsidered to advertise the property without mentioning its in the middle of construction. The bungalows also face each other so there is no privacy from the adjacent bungalow without drawing curtains. Furthermore, the cleaners sat outside the bungalow doors for hours on their phones. No respect for customer privacy whatsoever. In this regard I also had to draw the curtains for privacy. The breakfast available isnt worth mentioning. No plant based options, not even a slice of fruit. I was also asked to pay extra if I wanted fruit the following day. I do not recommend this property in its current state. Management need to revalue, become customer centric. Its shortsighted not to put the customer first. I had booked this property for three nights. I decided to leave after the first night as it was such an uncomfortable stay. It became a nightmare trying to cancel and not be charged. The property has a no refund policy. This is totally unacceptable given they falsely advertise without any mention of the construction site customers are expected to stay. The property only accepts cash payment which is also problematic if paying for more than one night. The closest ATM is a taxi ride away. One last thing, the property location isnt the best. Its far from amenities, no nearby beaches or shops. Save yourself a lot of grief and avoid booking this property.

Recommended!

The receptionist was super friendly and committed to providing a great service, he welcomed us with a drink and we enjoyed talking to him. The room was comfy, nicely decorated and with enough space to put things. Many food options nearby. The hotel has a nice cocktail bar and can arrange motorbike rental for you.

The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. The location was not ideal as it wasn't close to the beach, but that's a common issue in Mui Ne and we were aware of this (we rented bikes from a shop down the road, Dunes).

Nice rooms in beautiful garden close to the sea

Nice garden with many trees and flowers. Big windows with a glass door, through which you enter your room. Nice common area/caf at the front. Quiet. Nice location at the Main Street along the ocean, many very good cafs and restaurants. Close to the sea (but no beach!).

You can look into other rooms by design of the houses when the curtains arent closed. Be aware that the water in the fridge is not complimentary, even if there is no price on it unlike other items.

Nice stay in Mei Nu .

Cute. Little room, Lovely room, with very comfortable beds and pillows. Separate shower area in the bathroom, rather than just next to the toilet as in many guesthouses. Small outdoor seat area. Staff were great....I needed to go to BIDV ATM on morning we left. It was over a KM from hotel. One of the guys took me on back of his motorbike.

Is across the road from the ocean , BUT.. there is no direct access nearby. Closest about 1km in either direction Mostly restaurants all way along the road. Even when you find access, it generally will not be access to a beach. We found sand..about 2km south. Sand dunes trips. Be aware that the drive is about 40nins from hotel. Do get up early if you want sunrise. We were told to get up at 5am and leave at 5.30. We woke at 4.15 and left at 5, and sun was already up. When you arrive at Dunes, you then have to pay 600,000 for 2 persons on a quadbike to take you to the top of the hill...best view I believe. OR. you have to walk nearly a KM up tnhe hill. This is usually stated as exception to the tour price.. we obviously did not read it correctly.

It felt like a tropical oasis with the beautiful gardens. Some of the fixtures in the room need a little bit of fixing

Great place to relax!

Beautiful stop after a hectic few days in Ho Chi Minh City. The bungalows are set back with a garden view and close to restaurants and other amenities. Staff are wonderful and extremely helpful.
