The hotel bungalow is located on a construction site. There was no privacy. Construction workers walking past constantly. The noise was unbearable. The pathway towards the bungalow was dug up with earth exposed and dust rising. This property should be closed until the construction renovations are completed. Its selfish and unconsidered to advertise the property without mentioning its in the middle of construction.
The bungalows also face each other so there is no privacy from the adjacent bungalow without drawing curtains. Furthermore, the cleaners sat outside the bungalow doors for hours on their phones. No respect for customer privacy whatsoever. In this regard I also had to draw the curtains for privacy.
The breakfast available isnt worth mentioning. No plant based options, not even a slice of fruit. I was also asked to pay extra if I wanted fruit the following day.
I do not recommend this property in its current state. Management need to revalue, become customer centric. Its shortsighted not to put the customer first.
I had booked this property for three nights. I decided to leave after the first night as it was such an uncomfortable stay. It became a nightmare trying to cancel and not be charged. The property has a no refund policy. This is totally unacceptable given they falsely advertise without any mention of the construction site customers are expected to stay. The property only accepts cash payment which is also problematic if paying for more than one night. The closest ATM is a taxi ride away.
One last thing, the property location isnt the best. Its far from amenities, no nearby beaches or shops.
Save yourself a lot of grief and avoid booking this property.
