Great place to stay for a solo traveler and families! Great music

As soon as I got in, I love the vibe. Great owner who is very personable its always a plus on any vacation. Especially as a solo traveler. I noticed everything. Ive been traveling about Asia or four months. I got another month to go! this is one of the best places!

A must stop off on your travels cool place to stay great price

Joe s place was great (joe is an American) we stayed in a little bungalow at the back end of the cafe right by the pool and seafront The bungalow had a front terrace where we had breakfast. The room was great with a/c and a fan and mossy nets. Flat screen tv (oh could watch a premier league football game!) Nice food live music both nights - light rock bands not too loud and finished at 11 . Very good. Would recommend staying here Staff are very kind and friendly

A nice worthy place to stay.

This place was owned by joe, an american. That's why i felt the setting was a bit different from others. The staff are very nice with good english to communicate. Maybe they have the best english in town. They care much about the details in rooms which i like best. Like they do have something to kill the mosquitoes. Food is a little bit expensive. The band at night was not so satisfied.

Everywhere is so wet.

Value and culture ( live music )

Everything, the price , the live music at night , the closeness to the beach. This place shows you can stay on the beach and not pay stupid money for that privilege.

Well, if you come for cheap price but dont want to hear live music till 11 pm I thought it was perfect listening to the music from my balcony but if youre an early riser or a restless sleeper , maybe be picky in which room you pick. The ones closer to the beach would be quieter , probably wouldnt hear anything there. I stayed in the bungalow on the second floor.
