Good value - needs some improvement

The view was lovely and the breakfast was fantastic. The nearby food court is awesome - highly recommend! The staff were very friendly, and arranged a taxi for us which was reasonably priced and a great service.

The room was extremely hot, and you could not leave the aircon or fan running while not in the room so it was impossible to keep the room cool, as the AC was outdated and struggled. The bathroom was particularly hot, with no way of cooling. The sheets did not feel clean and had a musty scent (kinda smelt like sweat). The desk was also not staffed most of the time. Also, be aware that dogs patrol the neighbourhood, they don't appear to be a problem but does make it difficult to walk around the neighbourhood.

Good choice in Mui Ne

Very comfortable rooms with seaview balcony. We had a surprising upgrade and a nice view from the 3rd floor. Think the 4.floor would be perfect. Good beds, very Clean, every day cleaning, Coffee and tea in the room and small fridge. The pool was cute, like a small oasis and the Restaurant always a good choice for breakfast, a snack or even a dinner. The staff was superfriendly and helpful, Motorbike organizing, Taxi, ... and spoke a good english. Thank you so much, we really enjoyed this place.

Laid Back Mui Ne / Great BoHo Hotel / Lovely Sunset Views

Booked this late summer 2023 knowing we would be travelling down the Vietnam coast by train over the Christmas period. Although a little off the Reunification Railway path, this quieter resort seemed more preferable to Da Nang or Nha Trang. This laid back boho retreat didn't disappoint. A third floor seaview balcony greeted us. Simple breakfasts were added free of charge upon our check in, probably because of my Booking.com Genius rating. (Try the banana pancakes !) Beds were comfortable. A combo of oscillating fan and / or AC could be used to chill the rooms. The shower cubicle was the largest we've encountered in a month. All the usual toiletries are provided. The mini safe & laundry service very welcome. Several English language movie and news channels came free along with the occassional Premier League game. The pool was small and sheltered with foliage which suited us. Around the pool we saw, a frog, a lizzard, birds, butterflies etc.* In four weeks, this has been one of the few hotels where we couldn't hear the stealthy cleaning ladies. (They mostly shout along corridors elsewhere.) Here, we often found them standing quietly, ninja like, when we emerged for breakfast. As mentioned in other reviews, those suffering from noodle pho-tigue have a really good food court along the lane. (Roast Dinners / Burgers / Kebabs / Curries etc) along with a well stocked bar for craft beers and decent international wines. (Avoid Vietnamese Wine !!) The beachside promenade lead to several sunset type beach bars, many of which were frequented, (during Christmas week at least,) by ex-pats.

Our room wifi seemed to drift in and out periodically. We found it very irritating that the password always needing to be re-entered virtually everytime, although strangely not in the restaurant area. Said restaurant delights in playing background music of the "no royalty" jazz swing cover variety. Expect to hear bizarre reworkings of Duran Duran, Coldplay and Limp Bizkit. Language can be an issue when ordering. I saw several older food court patrons, (mostly Russians,) venting their frustration towards tiny young Vietnamese servers. Please be patient folks. A bit of phrasebook lingo or Google translate goes a long way. Yes, the beach here is more of a breakwater for the fishermen rather than swimmers. It's Vietnam - You WILL see rats*. You WILL hear car horns and dogs barking. There WILL be ants and mozzies. The toilets and drains WILL burp up the occassional odour. My personal gripes : The whining children, pouting selfie takers, skunk smokers and people who shout into their phones too thick to understand how amplification works. Inconsiderate Muppets !

Staff is lovely, very friendly and helpful, food tastes good, water in pool is clean, poolarea is beautiful, location near sea is excellent and peaceful, very good place for people who wants to relax and see also local people and life, the room has everything I needed, good shower and hot water, always soap an clean towels and so on...

Exceptional

Lovely staff, beautiful room.

I absolutely love the interior design of the room, and how well-equipped and designed the room was. Everything was so convenient, while looking so nice! Absolutely loved the staff. It was beyond my expectations. There were many restaurants around, and beach bars. It was literally 2-minute walk away from an awesome beach. Highly recommend.

Superb

I loved the unique decor of this hotel which really made me feel at home. Beautiful, spacious and comfortable room that gets cleaned every day. The hotel has a pool and a nice restaurant in African style where you can get lots of different dishes. Its located in quite a good neighborhood, where I especially enjoyed the Pineapple beach bar, where you can relax, have a beach vibe and swim in the ocean, and the foodcourt across the street where you can get drinks and food from different cuisines. This place attracts a lot of people in the evening, which is very nice because everyone is kind of spread out in Mui Ne. The hotel also helped me book a fun Jeep tour to the fairy stream, fishing village and white and red sand dunes and helped me arrange my bus to Ho Chi Minh.

At first, the hotel was a bit difficult to reach when I wanted to check in last minute and early (in the middle of the night). Because it was fully booked, I had to find another place for the night but that was not really their fault.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, they kindly offered a free sea view and breakfast upgrade. The room was very nice and comfortable. The shower was good. Laundry service on site was good for 40,000 dong per kg, my clothes were well taken care of. The restaurant food was pretty tasty, ala-carte breakfast with good options and filling. The hotel is close to the food court and bars. However as others have mentioned the beach here isn't so nice. The hotel helped to organise my onwards transfer. Thank you overall a really great stay!

The pool area is a little tired, and covered over so the pool is quite cold as it doesn't get any sun.

Very comfy bed, nice balcony. Nice location can rent a bike from the hotel which is very useful.

The colour of the room. The chairs around the pool where a little dirty. There is a window in the shower which is a little uncomfortable since people outside might be able to see you shower
