    Although the negative feedback, it was still a nice hotel.
    The staff was professional and greeted you with a smile. They were explained everything well.
    The beds were super uncomfortable. I woke up two hours before my alarm went off because I could not wait to get out of the bed. I took a hot shower to relieve my sore back after sleeping in the bed. The pillows were to small and soft. The breakfast was ok.

    Absolutely must stay if you're in the area
    Very comfortable, clean, great breakfast, friendly helpful staff
    There were people sitting in chairs behind the hotel looking up in the windows. It may have been their yard but it was very awkward to have them looking in my room. They were definitely doing it on purpose. I just closed my shades.

    Overall the stay was good, but probably would stay closer to downtown Knoxville if we visit again.
    Overall the stay was good. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was nice. The indoor pool was a nice touch and entertainment for our kids.
    The room was a little tight. The shower definitely needed to be cleaned a little more. There wasn't a lot to do other than the indoor pool and a pool table in the lobby. The area around the hotel was not the best environment, so we were a little less than happy about that. If we visit Knoxville again, we will definitely stay downtown in a nicer area and closer to all the action.

    There was good things about this place but has far as getting a good night sleep it did not happen
    The location was nice and the breakfast and drink bar was amazing
    I could not get no sleep because kids were running around at 12:30-1 am at night and I could hear the people above me all night walking around I drove all day and came to relax and get sleep and I could not
