    A holiday nearly close to a tragedy
    - location - nature & biodiversity - animation team & evening shows
    - drivers were completely careless, my son almost got crashed by one of the train cars on Christmas Eve, if it had not been for me ( i ran and jumped on top of my son) my son would not live today or he would have seen severely injured - reported this to staff and managers and no one made an apology or said anything apart from that they would investigate - my room had pool view apparently in the booking but at check in i was offered a room with no view and was told i had to pay more for better view = this is not professional and it is a scamming scheme - everyday we had to wait for towels, and we always were given less than the number of people that we were - drinks were bad - food needed to be more diverse - christmas and new years eve dinner was chaotic

    Much needed vacation to switch off and enjoy sun, sand and pool
    Excellent rooms! Beautiful beach and very friendly staff. Good food. Awesome cocktails. Good variety of restaurants. We really felt taken care of.
    Some room services like towel replacements (laundry) were slow. Minibar wasnt cold. Not a big deal but thats why Id give it 9.5/10 instead of a perfect score.

    Not 5 or 4 resort in my experience
    The rooms, pool, beach and all other areas are clean and well maintained. There is coffe shop with good coffe open during the day and and an icecream shop. Staff was attentive and polite for the most part.
    This is the first all inclusive resort i visit where the Food was not good. Limited selection, poor quality specially the meat (all) at the buffet and restaurants a la carta. Service was very poor in the buffet and very disorganized. Drinks are a hit or miss. Entertainment activities at night are really bad if there is any.
