    TRC Bintan Resort is quiet, peaceful, and affordable. The rooms are nice and private, and the lobby serves as a restaurant with affordable and good meals. Activities are available and transportation (Read More)can be arranged. The downside is weak wifi in the rooms and the beach is not ideal for swimming. The resort is beautiful, serene, and has friendly staff. The food is fantastic and the atmosphere is zen. The stay was short but enjoyable. The resort is recommended for a relaxing getaway. The location is a bit far from town and transportation is recommended. Overall, the stay was pleasant, with a beautiful view of the sea, calming atmosphere, and good breakfast options. However, the resort is a bit remote and additional lighting is needed at night.

    The resort is in a very nice and calm seaside with coconut trees. A small resort where one can relax away from the crowd. Nice to sit at the terrace of the bangalow facing the sea.
    The Bangalow toilet pipe was leaking and the floor was always wet.

    The resort is not in the tourist area. Thus it is very quit and very relaxed. The restaurant was good. Furthermore the massages are good and cheap. If you are looking for a place to relax and lay around, this is your place.
    The room looked quite used and old. It is not possible to do anything without a cab. It takes about 30 minutes by cab from the ferry to the resort. The water pressure in the shower is sometimes very low. It is possible to go swimming at the beach, but the entrance is difficult at low tide.

    The staff were friendly and the location is not too far from the ferry terminal.
    The resort lacked maintenance and there was smell coming out of the toilet drainage system. The launch chairs at the beach were broken and lack shade for the hot sun. Mobility around and outside resort (to go to town) was very inconvenient and expensive.

    Aside from being a relaxing place, the staff and owner are nice and accommodating. Good customer services were provided during our stay. This is one of the best place if you wanted to be far from a city life.

    Had a lovely stay, with friendly staff and good food.
    Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Has driver to drive u out to near by convenient store if you need. Resort is quiet and relaxing, sunset is so beautiful by the beach. Food is really delicious! The seafood mee goreng 10/10! highly recommended. one of the more affordable resort in Bintan, would recommend if you want to just chill and relax.
    Mosquitoes everywhere but they do give repellent in the rooms.

    the staff were very courteous and helpful
    the property is very very old and not maintained.No water in washroom.Half of the things advertised on Booking .com like tree house etc doesnot exist. Poisonous snake seen in the property.Try to avoid.
