    A delightful stay in a wonderful setting
    The property is in a great location, and was central to everything that one could possibly want to do in Nairobi. I liked that it is anchoring an upmarket shopping mall, and gave us access to numerous choices for shopping and dining. We also loved the state of the art fitness center.

    PERFECT place to celebrate a special birthday!
    The trademark is just a perfect place for a weekend get-away. The staff is charming and helpful, and room and bed is lovely!
    nothing, really, we should have asked for extra towels and face-cloths when we checked in.

    Modern hotel with all the comfort you need. Special mention to the staff which is really amazing !

    The lights in the room were not functioning properly - only some of the lightswitches were not functioning. Sometimes it took a while for hot water to run.

    Mostly-comfortable room. Good location. Very friendly staff.
    The room was clean and comfortable, but a little worn. In my room it was a challenge to get decent shower pressure and hot water at the same time. I requested an airport drop-off in advance, but there was unnecessary confusion among the front desk and driver staff.

    Overall a nice and safe location, some attention to detail required and some noise nullification
    very comprehensive with a very wide selection of food available. Coffee was a bit too strong.
    the room we were first allocated but we gave to my daughter and partner whilst the final room was prepared had a very heavy concentration of cigarette smoke. i was under the impression that all rooms should have been none smoking and if not there was nothing on Booking. Com to say whether a non smoking room was needed. The noise in our room from the various amusement activities that lasted until about 10pm was the noisiest i have encountered in a hotel and I am a war veteran artillery man who is quite deaf. we had to ask for a fridge to be put in our room.

    Great weekend at Trademark Hotel
    The highlight of this hotel is the staff. Everyone here are amazing, sweet, accommodating and just overall a delight to interact with. The rooms are fine, not extraordinary. The breakfast is good and abundant. The rooftop pool was great - on weekends you can order cocktail and food from Hero - the amazing cocktail and restaurant on the 9th floor of the hotel. I would absolutely stay here again.

    Simply suberb! Worth every coin.
    The visit was a special treat for my son who had just turned 10! Trademark Hotel made his birthday even more special, from a welcome birthday cake; a card signed by the Guest Relations Manager, one signed from me and 3 complementary tickets for activities at the Village Market! This was way beyond what we expected and am truly grateful! Also, the view from the room was amazing!
