    Breakfast was amazing, location great, staff extremely friendly, building was beautiful and very clean, room super comfy!
    We received the wrong room key (or an inactivated one) and for the entirely wrong room as well, so went to 2 different rooms trying to get in with all of our luggage prior to having to return to the lobby again to get the correct key. I paid cash for the stay, but still was charged fees on my card (that are going to be paid back to my card) but I was unaware Id be charged anything extra.

    Hot water wasn't available unless dishwasher was run. At the far end of the building. No instructions on dishwasher heating unit didn't work properly. No glasses in the bathroom

    Nice place horrible staff
    Cleaning staff threw away my personal belongings I had mistakenly left behind. I called 3x before getting a return call and they stated nothing was found. These belongings included prescription medications and bathroom essentials that were in a travel bag on the sink.

    Went to see a concert. Stay at this same hotel every trip to Columbus. I love the hotel and staff.
    The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.
    The parking lot is not the greatest. Too far from the main door to walk especially when its raining.
