Superb

Great value & location

The proximity to everything we were in Columbus to do was perfect. Not having to worry about breakfast or dinner was also an added value. The staff was exceptionally friendly and had a positive helpful energy about them.

The lack of access to water outside of Breakfast & Dinner, the often empty coffee stations outside of breakfast and dinner, 24/7 pool access like the fitness center would be great since there's never a lifeguard on duty anyway.

Very clean, great staff - great location- nice hotel!

Our room was 530 and was next to the electrical room. It was a very nice room but there was a very loud hum that was disturbing to sleep.

Very nice place to stay.

The room was clean and a perfect size. The bar was nice with great staff. Good was very good.

A smart TV would have been nice. But it was a great size and clear picture.

Horrible Customer Service

The hotel was beautiful and the room was very clean.

I felt extremely uncomfortable from the time I walked in up until I got into the room. I was given a different room from the one I selected and made to feel as if I was a burden. The representative of the hotel didn't understand the Affirm payment and had to make a few phone calls. Her tone became condescending, and the entire energy became uncomfortable. For a moment, I felt like I needed to figure out other arrangements while she stated that booking.com reservations had not been coming in. It was late, and I was exhausted from just getting into town. If I had the capacity to have gone to another hotel, I would have. It was a horrible way to end my already stressful day.
