However, there were so (Read More)me minor issues such as a non-functioning Bluetooth radio and the inability to stream on the TV. One guest also experienced a security issue with someone trying to enter their room. Overall, the hotel is recommended for its convenient location and good service.

The overall vibe and atmosphere was perfect for a celebration and taking pics.

We needed a pool for my daughters birthday party (nine of us total) I was worried that staff might ask us to be quiet but they were so lovely. The lobby was perfect for playing a board game on a big family sized table.

Poor experience, Rooms advertised they don't have

Nice location, right next to a large shopping center and lots of restaurant/bar options.

We reserved and paid for a King suite, we arrived and were put into a regular King room, after talking with the front desk we were then put into a double bed suite. We were then told this location doesn't even have King suites by the manager. Thin walls and floors, you hear everything from the rooms next to you. Employees and other customers were constantly outside smoking marijuana and the smell was obnoxious. Overall not a great experience, other reviews had similar complaints and we wouldn't have stayed here if we read those first.

The streaming tv

The fact that I requested a smoking room and then got charged an extra $268 for smoking when I specifically asked for a smoking room. The room hadn't even been dusted but I'm being charged.
