We enjoyed our stay

The location was near the Christmas market we wanted to go, and also near to the sight seeing , 15-20 min walking distance. It was quit central. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. The hotel was beautifully decorated. There was clean and up to date dry and steam sauna and very nice hammam. The breakfast was fantastic, good quality and wide range of food. The staff were helpful and friendly.

I wish there was a swimming pool and Jacuzzi.

Mediocre

On entering the hotel it looks impressive however, once head towards your room it changes. The carpets in the public areas were visibly dirty and the rooms fairly basic. Your first impressions of the hotel are not followed through apart from the breakfast which was busy but very good.

Fabulous!

The location of this hotel is excellent, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was a real treat with a multiple of choices. Two of us had birthdays during our stay and there was an extra unexpected treat for each. So special. Most importantly, the staff were fantastic. They were so helpful and went above and beyond to help us get the most out of our stay. Wonderful.

Nice hotel, terrible bed and pillows. very limited breakfast.

the hotel was elegant and nice.

The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible, i asked for a different pillow and they brought a square pillow in a rectangular pillow case. the most uncomfortable nights sleep i have had in a hotel. Our room had an upstairs which was not a great idea with children as the spiral staircase could be very dangerous.

A great location for a luxury break

Comfortable bed, good breakfast range. Excellent location. We enjoyed the hammam in the spa.

Would have liked teabags in the room, nor just fruit / herbal teas.

We would definitely like to stay in our next visit.

The breakfast buffet was offering more than a regular Continental breakfast with variety of choices. Additionally the Hotel's restaurant is one of the best meat restaurants in the city, which was absolutely delicious with great staff. The Hotel staff was friendly, polite and extremely helpful.

The Hotel is clean. Just the empty bottles should have been removed when cleaning.
