Great location - close enough to bars and restaurants across the river but quiet location at night.

The proximity to the underground, which is right outside the hotel. The location for sites like checkpoint Charlie and brandenburg gate. The relaxing piano music in the bar at night.

in our day and age having almost non working internet is just a shame. I travel for work and couldnt take a single morning call on the WiFi, had to use roaming. same experience for all of my colleagues.

Great location and comfortable stay.

This hotel is in the perfect location. We could walk to the Christmas markets and other sites easily. The beds were very comfortable and breakfast was delicious and plenty of variety. I would definitely stay again in the future.

The elevators were a little temperamental...

Not a good experience and value for money for a five star hotel

Furnitures in the room and bathroom looks like renewed. Location.

Firstly a room at 3rd floor given to us which was at the end of the corridor looks under construction. The entrance to corridor of our room was covered with plastic covers and blocked with a shelf obviously. It was very hard to find our room and staff did not guide us or accompany us. Corridor was very noisy because of some working machines. I will try to upload video on this. Then we requested to change our room so we moved to another room. In our second day, there was no available place in the breakfast room as we have limited time we had to have our breakfast outside eventhough we already paid incl breakfast. Due to limited time of our travel we did not prefer to give our detailed feedback directly during our stay.

Not 5 star. Ill stay somewhere else next time.

Location

Non-renovated room with mould in shower corners and hairs on bathroom floor. Breakfast offerings were just mediocre with no champagne or sparkling wine whatsoever and crazy busy but we always managed to find a table.

Would Definitely Love To Come Back

Perfect location. Classy, historical and warming hotel with the glamour of old hotel design. Breakfast was fabulous. The room was immaculately clean. Bed very comfortable and linen and towels were top soft and clean. Staff very friendly and professional. Would definitely return.

The internet needs an upgrade, it was the only downside.
