    Lovely stay in the heart of Reykjavik
    It was very close to the centre, and the reception was beautifully decorated. Breakfast was good.
    If you are staying on a Friday or Saturday night, there is a Night club on one side of the hotel and you can hear it until 3am as the windows dont shut properly.

    Excellent location, walking distance to everything. Cody room.
    No espresso machine in the room. No restaurants in the hotel. Breakfast very basic.

    Its facility was excellent. It's modern. I can tell it's built or at least renovated recently, as its style is not traditional at all.
    Price is high. But regarding its facility, it's not bad at all. One thing to know: I purchased a room during Black Friday season. Would not pay more than 35,000 ISK for this room.

    Perfect location, big room and nice design.
    This hotel was totally amazing! The location is perfect for visiting Reykjavik, the hotel is beautifully designed, very cosy in the winter months, the room was big and the staff is very kind (many thanks to Morgan for his outstanding service!)

    Gorgeous place, great design, fab breakfast, lovely staff but poor organisation
    The design and decor is stunning. The little details throughout the hotel is fantastic and really interesting. Love the location of this hotel and the atmosphere is intimate, warm, relaxing and welcoming. Breakfast is good and varied.
    Although staff were friendly and helpful, I found that the hotel was quite disorganised. I was challenged because the staff had no record of me having paid in advance for room extras (spa admission and bottle of wine) I had to prove the money had come out of my bank account so I wasnt charged twice. Also, we had a really busy day and early start so followed the requested procedure to arrange breakfast in our room. We filled in the pre order form and handed these in 24 hours in advance. The breakfast hadnt arrived at our requested time and still hadnt turned up 20 minutes later. I called reception twice who said they would look into this. It still didnt arrive so we had to leave it in the end so we didnt miss our tour. This was really disappointing and frustrating and a shame because the breakfast offering is lovely and breakfast to the room a lovely offering. But guys, please dont offer it if you cant fulfil it.

    Clean, great staff, great location
    The hotel was situated only 100m or so from a large nightclub. Unfortunately, both the Friday and Saturday night we didn't sleep u till 2:30am when the nightclub closed as the base from the nightclub music was so loud.
