The staff especially the front lady at the breakfast area. Even I arrived past 5 minutes breakfast closed. She voluntarily took down my orders and move swiftly to get my foods deliver to me in time . Kudo to her - Sorry miss her name ( 12 Dec - 10.05am).

Arrived at 3.30PM on Sat. Room was not ready. Did not get the key till after 5PM
Just ok.
Just happened 1 lift connecting GF and the lobby, was not working. Sat was a busy day. And considering the lobby on level 52.

The "angels" at the front desk are so helpful and provide good advices to move around.
improve on the payment system at the spa - they are not able to charge to all my 3 credits cards :)
