    Great location awful service cant get any worse no pool towels all decaf coffee

    That I paid booking .com and it wasnt going through and I was left to the side for like 45 minutes because they couldnt figure it out and it also was taking off our card and we showed them. I was so upset then the girl that worked there was so clueless she asked to put another card on file and we said to charge us again and she said yes. After like an hour she got someone to help her and we finally got in. Its $20 per person for breakfast our food was so bad at the restaurant we waited over an hour not a soul was there either but us and the food was so under cooked it had to be comped it just was a bad experience and we come to Huntsville once a month they lost good paying customers

    I stayed here while team stayed at a B&B. Slept very well. Would return. Recommend it without hesitation.
    Convenient to soccer fields where ultimate frisbee tournament was held. Very comfortable bed. Adjacent to mall. Mini-Starbucks in lobby. Courteous and friendly
    Sink had an issue that was quickly addressed.

    Breakfast food was good. Rest of the food not so great.
    Staff at front desk acted like they were doing you favor to help you. Very unfriendly. Very short on staff at the hotel.

    Went for a weekend getaway with my wife and had one of the best stays of our lives.
    The food was delicious. The staff was kind and polite. The room was immaculately clean with a great view and the beds were some of the most comfortable that I have ever slept in. They were so good that I've been looking into buying the consumer version of the mattress.
    Was difficult to get ahold of room service. When we got it the food was phenomenal but it was very difficult to get someone on the phone. Other than that there was nothing else that I could genuinely complain about.
