Room was good

Breakfast was not free as advertised and two of the four were under 6 but paid 14.95 anyway each. The lady was kind of mean about it. Pool was barely ok

Very good

On overall we had a good stay.

Conveniently located to the university.

Our room was clean but it had some spots on the carpet and a couple of pieces of trimming were coming off the baseboards.

I did not eat breakfast - I thought that a free breakfast was available/it was not!

No free breakfast. I was disturbed early in the morning/prior to 7am, by the loud noise of a vacuum cleaning up water. Of course it had to be done, but it was disturbing.

Pleasant Stay

Well designed room (1 King bed) for solo traveler. Friendly staff. Enjoyed having a bar with food and TV; ate there 3 nights of 5. I was even next to elevator and never heard it (except the "ding" in the morning when I was almost awake). Had live music a couple nights. Free plentiful parking and close to downtown. Reasonably priced and overall great experience. I would stay there again.

I can't comment on amenities like pool, gym, etc. I didn't have breakfast as part of my room; $15 too much to pay for breakfast I just ate McDonalds.
