Very good

Nice Hotel. Well Run. Friendly Staff. Close to the Von Braun Center.

Hotel was clean. Well run. The pump bottles with shampoo, conditioner, and soap were all well stocked. Everyone we interacted with at the hotel was friendly and helpful. The car valets deserve a raise. They were especially hard working and pleasant. The location is ideal if you are going to anything at the Von Braun Center.

Room was clean. Location convenient.

No parking available. Valet required - but it is not in a crowded area. Large parking lot in back that was closed to guests. My company does not allow valets to drive company vehicles. I book through Concur at work. Somehow, there was a booking.com rate in the selections and I inadvertently booked it. Upon arrival, I checked with staff to see if I could cancel and rebook directly with Marriott in order to get my Bonvoy points. They said not necessary. However i am not getting credit for stay and my bonvoy number was attached the whole time.

location and cleanliness

one thing that concerned us about the property was the safety of the doors not being locked from the outside entering the hotel. usually you have to use your room card to enter the building.
