Very good stay, great location beside a fantastic Christmas market and perfect pool facilities to make you feel like you

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The pool was brilliant for our family after a busy day seeing the sites.

We forgot our firestick for the tv so maybe just a cromecast for tv would be good for families staying so they could log into their own Netflix accounts as we would be in our rooms from 9pm just relaxing.

Overall positive: good rooms, clean interior, nice staff, nice view of the zoo.

While the breakfast is not as large as at some of the competing hotels in its class, the quality of the available food and drink was fine and the table service was good as well. The staff and service is welcoming, accomodating and helpful. The made-to-order egg/omelet bar is a nice touch.

The WiFi speed and connection quality is intermittent, which (even for the free tier) is somewhat disappointing in 2023. Also, for a hotel of this brand, size and reputation, we would have expected a larger selection of drinks at the bar (e.g. cocktails/ingredients) and a little more choice/variation at the breakfast buffet.

Superb

i liked it overall, only disliked minor details

the breakfast was great. i love their pool where i can swim. i slept great, very quiet room, very big bed

in a 5 star hotel i dont like the big shampoo bottles insetad of the nice small things they used before. it feels like a cheap hostel and not like an expensive 5 star place. towels and bathrobe were soft but not new. i was not happy that there were noisy kids at the pool

excellent Hotel

I loved everything about this hotel. The location, decor, clean, coffee kettle in the room, the bed was comfy, anything I can think of to make my stay free of accommodation stress.

if I must, the room was a bit hot for my liking, but I was able to open the window which normally isn't an option at Hotels. I really can't think of anything else.

Disappointing

Never again.

Staff was friendly and the Hotel is good located. That's it.

We were located with our family in a neighbour building which is only reachable with detours, stairs, long corridors and two different elevators. Super bad with two kids and a stroller plus baggage. Furthermore the whole floor smelled of chlorine due to the SPA/Pool right under our floor. The quality of the breakfast is really just average. Juices are all not fresh just a nectar mix. Egg dishes tasteless and not even pancakes at the buffet. If I had known this beforehand, I would never have booked the hotel, especially not for the pricerange.
