Location is good and the staff were polite

The room I had was in a poor state and not clean and very outdated. The shower didn't really work , I did mention it twice during my 4 day stay, and nobody ever came to fix it either

The location was easy to find.

We booked 2 room 112 And 119 119 was for a single person and 112 was for a couple. The signal room was so cold with no heating and absolutely full of spiders and bugs that she came and stayed in 112 with me, we tried to go down to reception to speak with them but found the receptionist asleep for most of the shift as we went down stairs to smoke quite often

Great seaside hotel.

This is a great hotel, well situated a couple of minutes from Yarmouth pier and beach. The staff were very helpful, we arrived very early, they imidiatly sorted out the parking permits, we were able to park opposite, I imagine this could be a bit difficult at busy periods.

Only being picky... breakfast not available, not really a problem, Christopher's on the sea front is highly recommended
