    Beautiful, comfortable room with en suite shower & toilet. Fantastic location to promenade and venetian waterways. Carpark is additional bonus.

    It was a very clean, warm, and inviting place to stay. Lovely features. The bed was so comfortable. Lovely bathroom. Lovely everything. Margaret was fantastic. She made sure we had everything we needed and that we were enjoying our stay. She was able to tell us about all the things that were going on in Great Yarmouth. There was nothing we didn't like, and we will be staying again.

    Fabulous room, spotlessly clean, great facilities and really friendly and helpful host, Margaret. Thank you for the fan and needle/thread. Enjoyed watching the football from the window too. Would definitely stay again.

    Clean, easy check in, helpful host. Easy to park.
    Our room was on the ground floor right next to a communal outdoor space. This space was for all, including smokers.. Whilst getting dressed we couldn't open the curtains due to a lack of privacy.

    Perfect location with gorgeous sea view.
    Room was very large, having chairs to sit in rather than having to lay on the bed. Good location and excellent view. Host and room service very understanding as I was ill on my visit.
    The hot water system, went from cold to potentially skin removal quite quickly. Need to be very careful when adjusting the shower.

    Well located, clean, convenient. Opposite the football ground, so ideal if you are planning to watch a game.

    The location is easy to find - an easy stroll down to dunes/beach. I would happily visit again.
    A very friendly welcome- assistance on accessing the room. Pleasing decor in the room and high standards of cleanliness.
    En suite shower room was a little small -might have posed a problem for a 'larger'/older guest?
