Exceptional

Lovely place, highly recommended

My second visit, all good, would stay again. Fantastic location just around the corner from the spectacular sea views with the castle in the distance. Pleasant walk into the town centre with all the amenities you could wish for.

About 40 stairs up to my room but I knew about them and I'm not complaining, just mentioning in case others need to take into account.

Excellent value base if you need to stay in Scarborough. Very clean, comfy & friendly!

I like the fob system for getting in and out. The single bed was very comfy, and there were fans and oil-filled radiators for climate control. There was a very cosy blanket in the wardrobe. Nice shower & toiletries. Lots of local shops.

Nothing, really. Room was a bit on the small side, but that was OK.

Good Value Cosy Guesthouse Near North Bay Beach

Easy to self check in, parking outside, very clean communal areas, well heated throughout, good location, friendly staff.

The walls between rooms seem quite thin. Sound proofing could be improved.

Disappointed with the room size it was incorrectly advertised

Clean. The staff answered our questions

We paid extra for a large room. The room should have been 193 ft as advertised. Instead we were squashed in to a tiny room and tripping over our luggage. The bed was tiny also.
