Very good

Great location, reasonable price, friendly staff. My partner worked in hospitality sector for years and said woman on front desk (31st Jan 2023 evening) was most welcoming shes encountered. Room was clean and comfortable with a great view. Breakfast well organised. Will be back

Adequate, but lacked personality or finesse

Liked: the staff, location, clean bedding

The room. It was a bit depressing ie dark wood furniture. beige wallpaper, out dated en suite with uncleanable floor covering, thin curtains. Just a bit below par all round. Food basic, fish unpleasant.

Everything was great. Very nice and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast. Room clean. Didn't attend the show but passed by same people liked very interested. Will definitely be back again

I wont be back!

Always been my policy,,,,If you cant say anything positive, Keep Schutm! On this occasion, Im breaking the rule. All one wants is value for money, whether its a backpackers hostel in Yangon or the Raffles Hotel in Singapore(and Ive done both). The Cumberland Hotel was NOT good value for money. 112.50 to stay in the smallest hotel bedroom and sleep in the smallest bed Ive ever stayed in. A pokey uncomfortable room

Free Parking advertised..Should have been Onstreet Parking. When I arrived, no spaces within half a mile. I was able to find parking closer to the hotel after I arrived. Disappointing to say the least.

Great hotel at a reasonable price

Nice location.. nice warm welcome on arrival very clean and Welcoming reception . Clear directions to our room and explained about the breakfast in the morning by the receptionist . Room was perfect. Very comfy with an okay view. Breakfast was very nice, and I would like to give all credit to our server ROBERT who was very attentive during a very busy breakfast morning very polite, chatty a genuine nice person.

Only one criticism..window for breakfast between 8 and 9 oclock was a bit tight.
