Ben was amazing. Welcoming and friendly and helpful. Matt was also very helpful and friendly.

the noise was terrible. mostly traffic. updates to the rooms may help with this. windows for example

Boutique hotel. Old and worn, but friendly staff made up for it. Location was great for us.

Room was nice. Location re beach and shopping mall great. Staff friendly

Housekeeping was inconsistent; street noise very loud and no sound proofing so main road noise was bad. Would have liked decent breakfast options at the hotel but small range so had to go out each morning. Parking expensive

Good location, super friendly staff.

Sadly during my last night I got bitten by something. As I had to check out early and head to the airport, I didn't have time to look into it that morning and first thought it was a mosquito. However, on the way to the airport I have noticed a bed bug on my clothes and found a few more in my suitcase that has been standing on the floor in the hotel for my entire stay later. Also a closer inspection showed that the bites were definitely bed bug bites and not mosquito bites.

Great stay! Would recommend :)

The Equus was a lovely stay, really friendly vibes. The staff were excellent and all really accomodating. The receptionist, Lincoln was such a legend and helped us with all manner of things. Would definitely recommend :)

Exceptional

Amazing stay

This was a great place to stay, definitely had the vibe of where we were from which was really nice as it had a familiar vibe. Staff were super friendly and our room was super comfortable. Will definitely come back again. It was also very close to Ala Moana Shopping Mall and not too far from Waikiki Beach. It was a very convient place to stay before we flew out.

The only thing were the stairs to get to our accommodation, it was a little hard carting up and down our suitcases.
