Very good

Great Hotel for a working staycation.

I am from Hilo and this is the second time I stayed here for a job cooking and supporting a client at the Ritz. We were in M500 which was a great size room, I needed a kitchen, and it had that. Loved the trundel bed, because I had one extra helper for one night. The location wrks perfect and there are great little eating places close by. I will use this hotel again when clients stay at the Ritz. Staff is wonderful and responsive.

The hot water in the kitchen sink did not work properly, but staff fixed it. The one lamp near the bathroom has a broken on switch, but I put black tape on it and then I could turn it on. I now know to ask for more garbage bags, only had one. Next time I do need to request a room with a 4 burner stove, M500 only has a two burner, but we were able to make it work this time. There is water dripping from above at the corner of the outside entrance, don't know if that is fixable. I will stay here again when I have clients at the Ritz.

Pool area wasn't amazing but when you have the beach so close you don't need it.

Very good

I enjoyed the location, the gym facilities, the pool, laundry machines and the room facilities. I had the privilege of being able to check into my room early. I also met another kiwi who works in the tours area and we ended up having a good conversation or two during my stay. The hotel is a short walk away from the shopping areas and the beach.

The air-conditioning unit was loud and would switch on and off.

Walkable location, big rooms, friendly staff.

Good value. Spacious rooms. Great location.

Furniture and beds are dated and could be updated. Wear and tear visible on furniture but clean.

Very good

Nice location away from the busy shopping area of Waikiki but still close enough to everything essential.

The pool area is very deep is more suitable for adults and not young children, so we didn't end up using it.

Wonderful place

It's very nice trip in Oahu. Very clean hotel. And the service is wonderful. They replied all my messages very quickand provide Free toothpaste and slippers for my request. It's also very convenience place for shopping. with very beautiful scenery, especially for sunset.

I was a very happy hotel guest and would stay again.

The room was large and cheerful, with a partial view of the ocean, an adequate kitchenette, a table and chairs for indoor dining and a balcony. It was within several blocks of an upscale multi-story shopping mall with a nice food court, and just around the corner from a US post office convenient for mailing packages home, and a bus stop with transit to other shopping malls, Pearl Harbor and the airport. It was within walking distance to the beach and had washers and dryers for hotel guests for a small fee.

I was happy with the staff as well as the hotel amenities.
