We liked the breakfast that the hotel offers, as well as the rooftop bar and pool area. We liked that the hotel rooms and everywhere else in the hotel was super clean.

We didnt enjoy the neighborhood that the hotel was at, there were a lot of homeless people and we didnt feel super safe especially at night. We also didnt like the fact that the hotel staff at the front desk were NOT upfront and honest about the parking fee (they try to make it seem like its free and then they charge at the end, which is fine if they had told us at the beginning when we were checking in and when we asked).

Very good

Good geographical location, however with a not recommended area less than 200m away. The first night room did not have air conditioning to cool the temperature, we had to change room and the rest was perfect.

the curtains let some light in, which is annoying for those like me who like to sleep in complete darkness.

Good value for money and amazing staff

The staff is really friendly and willing to make you feel amazing during your stay. The rooms ar very clean. The breakfast is amazing and the rooftop restaurant has a breathtaking view and the staff is amazing.

The standard room has a very small bathroom. You have to ask for the amenities such as slippers and bathrobes but they will give it to you right away. The hotel is located really close to the center but keep in mind walking on the main boulevards, the little strees near the hotel are not safe

Suitable for business trip

Suitable for business traveller's. Nice historical views at the terrace with a very nice restaurant. Swimming pool & sauna and fitness was a bonus. The young guys at the Vale were very talkative & helpful & polite unlike restaurant personnel. Breakfast was good and has many varieties. There is also a business area at the reception.

Wi-fi was very bad. 1st day it was ok but the other 3 days it really didn't work. Sound proofing must be improved, I could not slept till 2 AM one night because of the noisy family next door and called reception to contact with them in order to be quiet and respectful to other people. You might fell a bit annoyed by the immigrant & homeless people on the streets around but no worries they are harmless, they don't mess or irritate anyone. ok for business travellers but for families better choose Plaka area.

Good option close to the Acropolis.

Breakfast was included. They had covered parking garage for a fee. They held our bags after check out. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The location has a lot of noisy traffic and graffiti. (Unfortunately for Athens, most of the city is now covered in graffiti though.) The room was small, modest and not updated recently.

Location is far from all whats going on down in the center, like approx. 18 min walk. And when you try to walk to the center you have to go through disgusting streets. Plus the staff wasnt that helpful as we expected

Very friendly staff very accommodating, your in the middle of everything and you always get a smile from the stuff great service great people definitely want to stay with you again.

Cloud 9 the rooftop multiuse restaurant, bar,coffee, bar. I have been in most places in the world and I have never encountered such an issue with smoking outside again OUTSIDE OF THE STRUCTURE, someone from the management should really look into this....when I smoke a 150$ cigar and drink 250 worthy of alcohol I should be able to use the front deck not the back with no views of anything....

The shower enclosure door was not there and they fixed it after 2 days but we did not ask for it. The swimming pool temperature was quite cold.

Stay in Stanley for Athens

The rooms were big, the roof top restaurant was excellent. The pool, sauna, breakfast spread and the corner Cafe, all are excellent. It's super in location, next to a metro station.

The dinner and lunch food options are very limited. Apart from the breakfast, other food tastes not so nice.
